John is the Principal and founder of Trinity Financial Planning. He started his financial services career in 1994 as a life insurance agent and registered representative with Northwestern Mutual Life. He later served as a financial planner at Compensation Resource Group, a fee-and-commission financial consulting firm specializing in estate planning and business compensation planning. Desiring to offer comprehensive, objective consulting for a clientele not limited to the very wealthy, he opened Trinity in 2001 to provide fee-only advice to clients of all means. A respected media resource, John has been quoted in numerous local and national publications, many of which can be viewed on the 'In The News' tab at www.trinfin.com.
John is an active member of the Sauk Trails Optimist Club (President 1997-98 & 2010-11) in Madison and also is the Past-Chair of the Rosenberry Society Advisory Board for United Way of Dane County. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and an avid golfer and hunter.
