At Mallard Advisors, Bill manages the services out of our Hockessin office and is a Managing Partner of the firm. Bill helps you understand the advice he offers, strives to save you money, and assists you with the big decisions created during life's inevitable transitions.
Bill lives in Unionville, Pennsylvania with his wife Lynda and three sons, Blake, David, and Stephen. Outside of the office, Bill is dedicated to spending quality time with his family with an emphasis on camping (usually with the Boy Scouts), skiing, golfing, and enjoying all things near the Brandywine (river). On his own time, Bill enjoys the exhilaration of mountain biking and is addicted to growth of all kinds (personal, professional, spiritual, and educational).
Holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, Bill has also earned the professional certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Bill is a graduate of Widener University with a Masters Degree in Taxation (MST), and has earned the professional designation of CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT (ChFC) from The American College.
Bill is an active member of the National Association of Personal Financial Planners (NAPFA), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), the National Association of Tax Practitioners (NATP), and the Alliance of Cambridge Advisors (ACA), a nationwide alliance of financial advisors committed to comprehensive financial planning on a fee-only basis.
