Penny Marchand, CFP, EA is the principal of Cambridge Financial Group, LLC. Penny started her career in financial planning in 1988. Penny is a Certified Financial Planner, Registered Investment Advisor and is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning. She is also an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury. Penny has obtained the Series 7, 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as an insurance license. Penny served a three year term on the ACA Board of Directors and also served as the President of the ACA Board. Shanda Sullivan has a deep passion for financial planning that grew out of seeing so many Americans in debt. She believes this stems from the lack of education regarding personal finances as well as changes within the economy. Shanda graduated from Northeastern State University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Planning. She formed Sullivan Financial Strategies with a mission to assist clients in obtaining financial freedom and give them the ability to enjoy their life without lingering financial burdens.
