ACP's Jake Kuebler to receive NAPFA's New Professional Award
Each year, NAPFA recognizes individuals who have contributed significantly to NAPFA as an organization, and to the financial planning profession as a whole. This year, four NAPFA members and one non-member were recognized for their special contributions, both within and outside the association. Recipients will be honored at the 2018 NAPFA Fall Conference in Philadelphia, October 15-18.

Recipient of the NAPFA New Professional Award
Jacob Kuebler has been a senior advisor and owner of Bluestem Financial Advisors since 2011. Yet, his commitment to running a business has not interfered with his devotion to volunteerism: He has served NAPFA as:
• Genesis Leadership Committee member and chair;
• Leadership Development Committee member;
• Presidents Council member;
• Conference speaker and panelist;
• NAPFA Advisor author
Jake has also been extensively involved with the Alliance of Comprehensive Planners (ACP). He has served on the ACP Board of Directors, the ACP PR/Marketing Committee, and as co-author of a white paper on the retainer model. Jake was instrumental in helping to guide ACP as it redefined its focus and transitioned to a new management model.
